What
When some entries in a settings file cannot be used, Claude Code warns you at startup. The warning now reads "These settings entries were skipped; the rest of each file is in effect:". It used to say the entries were skipped because this version of Claude Code can't apply them.
The descriptions of the sandbox's network rules also changed. The sandbox is a closed-off area that limits what commands can reach. The descriptions now:
mention the 403 status phrase given when a connection is refused
say that a per-command allow list is ignored when strictAllowlist is in use
Why
You will see the new warning wording at startup, and it makes clear that only the listed entries were dropped.
