What
When Claude Code loads policy limits (rules that cap what an account may do), the diagnostic snapshot it records now includes more about the load. It notes whether the limits came from an earlier load, details of the last and latest attempts, any error code the server returned, and whether the server refused the login.
Why
This is diagnostic data only and does not change what you see. It helps find out why policy limits fail to load when Claude Code starts.
