What
Organisation settings can turn certain Claude Code features on or off. The code that checks one of these switches now receives the value directly instead of looking it up itself, and reports only whether the switch is on, no longer where the value came from. A malformed value is still logged as malformed and treated as off.
Why
This rearranges how organisation-level switches are checked. No difference in what a reader sees is shown.
