What
The Monitor tool lets Claude watch something over time. Its description, the text Claude reads about the tool, now has a second wording about when a monitor expires. Under some condition, it says that if a monitor stops after Claude's reply and before it expires, Claude learns only that it stopped, and only with your next message. Before, there was only the wording about re-arming the monitor.
