Claude Code now recognises a specific kind of rejected request: an invalid request error whose message begins with "The requested features are not available for HIPAA-". This lets it tell these errors apart from other rejected requests.
Why
Organisations under HIPAA restrictions may get clearer or more specific handling when they try to use a feature that is not available to them.
