What

Claude Code has new messages in two areas.

A cloud session is a Claude Code session running on Anthropic's servers rather than on your computer. A new message says that Bash, the command line on this machine, is not offered to the cloud session when the current folder is either:

  • your home directory
  • a hidden folder inside your home directory

There are also new errors for attaching files:

  • "Attaching files needs a claude.ai sign-in (run /login)."
  • "Attaching files was interrupted."
Why

The messages show local Bash access for cloud sessions and file attachments being built out. If you see the sign-in error, /login is the command to run.
