What

When you attach files to a task and they take so long to upload that the first ones would expire before the task can copy them, Claude Code shows an error. That error used to end with fixed advice: attach fewer or smaller files, or start the task without files. Part of that wording is now supplied by whatever started the task, so it can differ from one place to another.

Why

If you use remote or background tasks, the advice in this error may read differently from before.
