A sandbox is a restricted environment Claude Code can run commands in, limiting what they can reach. The error message "sandbox: the clean-up after a sandboxed git run threw" has been removed, so it no longer appears.
Why
The removal suggests the clean-up step after git runs in the sandbox has been reworked. In practice, this particular message will not show up any more.
