Tool search now checks whether a tool Claude asks for, by name or by keyword, is already loaded in the conversation. If it is, the ToolSearch tool skips the search and replies with a short note starting "Already available in this conversation:". Before, both kinds of request always searched the held-back tools.
Why
Claude does not spend a round trip looking up a tool it can already use.
