What
A session is one conversation with Claude Code, and resuming picks up an earlier one. When a resume is refused, Claude Code now raises a separate error for that case.
Messages about restoring your working folder, and the message about a locked worktree (a separate working copy of a git repository), now pass their file paths through a shared formatter.
Why
A refused resume is now a distinct error that Claude Code can tell apart from other failures.
