What

A remote session is one where Claude does its work on another machine, called the worker. When the worker starts, it sends Claude Code a message describing itself. Claude Code now reads from that message whether the worker supports sending a message immediately, and keeps that for the rest of the session.

Why

This may change how remote sessions deal with messages sent to the worker.
