What
When an edit Claude proposed was refused and Claude sends it again, it gets a message back. Before, that message only said this was the same content that had already been refused. A second version can now say that no edits were applied and that the file is unchanged since it was refused.
Why
Claude gets clearer feedback about the state of the file, so it is less likely to assume a refused edit went through.
