Reading an image from a pipe or device now stops at a size limit

Some things that look like files are not ordinary files: a pipe passes data from one program to another, and a device stands for hardware. When Claude Code reads an image from one of these, it now reads only up to a limit. It reports one of two errors:

• "Cannot read this as an image" when the input runs past the limit
• "File is too large to read as an image" for files that are too big
