Unclear What passing the event record changes about how a woken cloud session behaves is not settled.
What
A remote session runs Claude Code in the cloud rather than on your machine. Such a session can be woken by an outside event, something that happens elsewhere and is sent to the session.
When that happens, Claude Code can now pass a record of the event along to the step that decides how the session wakes. This only happens when a server-controlled switch, tengu_ccr_external_event_record, is on. In this build that switch is off unless it is switched on remotely. Otherwise the session wakes without the record, as before.
Why
It changes how remote cloud sessions handle incoming outside events, and it stays dormant unless the switch is turned on from the server side.
