What
A slash command is input starting with / that runs a command instead of going to Claude. Claude Code now checks whether a prompt looks like a slash command that is not in its list of known commands. The check says no:
in "poll-event" mode
when skipSlashCommands is set, unless the prompt was scheduled by the model or typed through the bridge
Separately, Claude Code's prompt counts now track relayed prompts in their own group.
Why
This changes how Claude Code sorts what you type when deciding whether to treat it as a command, and how prompts are counted.
