Unclear Whether includeCoAuthoredBy is still accepted elsewhere in the settings is unclear.

What

One part of the definition of which settings Claude Code accepts no longer lists includeCoAuthoredBy. It still lists respectGitignore.

Why

includeCoAuthoredBy is deprecated. If you still use it, attribution is the setting for hiding or changing commit and pull request attribution.
