What
The instructions for the tool Claude uses to publish a plugin have changed for one failure case: the uploaded version is not the plugin's current version. Claude is now told not to try again, because a second attempt from Claude Code would be refused the same way. Instead, you make the new version current on claude.ai and publish it from there.
Before, Claude was told to wait until you had made the new version current on claude.ai, and then to publish again from Claude Code when you asked.
Why
In this case, publishing now happens on claude.ai rather than through Claude, so you do not ask Claude for a second attempt that would fail anyway.
