The tool that reads a project upload is now called ReadProjectUploadText, where it was ReadProjectUpload. It no longer receives the record of which files were read in the session. Three other tools are added beside it, and their names are not known.
Why
Anything outside Claude Code that called this tool by its old name has to use the new name.
