What
When Claude Code syncs plugins (add-ons that extend Claude Code), it can now re-read the plugin state again during the session instead of doing one fetch and stopping there. Each sync round is now marked as it happens.
Why
This may make plugins load more reliably in remote sessions, meaning sessions that run on a machine in the cloud rather than on your own computer.
