What
This release has several small fixes:
Restoring a conversation from a chosen message: if the usual starting point is missing, Claude Code now uses another message as the starting point instead of restoring nothing.
Prompt dialogs: a dialog can now ignore an empty submit, so pressing Enter with nothing typed no longer cancels it.
Arrow keys: a check that looks at key presses now also counts the up and down arrows.
Updater: the check for the "install failed" state now reads the updater's current state correctly.
A comparison now checks for a missing value first.
Reading a kind of terminal control message now checks for its end at the correct position.
Why
These are minor bug fixes you may notice, mostly when restoring a conversation or dismissing a prompt.
