What
The artifact tool is what Claude uses to make an artifact, such as a document or a small app, that you can open and view. It has options for a type link (type_url), for opening the result automatically (auto_open), and for a page. Internal names in the code that decides when these options are offered were renamed. How the options behave is the same.
