When Claude Code shows something in the area just above the box where you type your prompt, the up and down arrow keys no longer move to the previous or next item there. These keys still work in that area:
Tab
Shift+Tab
Enter
Escape
Why
If you used the arrow keys to move around that area, they no longer do anything there. Use Tab and Shift+Tab instead.
