What
Claude Code sends usage data to Anthropic. Three things are different:
A new user_prompt event records how long a prompt is and tags it with an id.
The cli_orphan_answer_enqueued event now also carries prompt_check_skip_flag whenever that setting is not off.
A new reason, text_not_typed, was added to a ranked list of reasons.
