What
Claude Code keeps a running record of the session, called a transcript, and can pass a live copy of it on. Entries whose type starts with api-request are no longer included in that copy. The copy is also only sent when a batch has at least one entry in it. Before, every entry was copied.
Why
Programs built with the Agent SDK, the toolkit for running Claude Code from code, receive fewer entries. If your program read api-request entries from this copy, they will no longer arrive.
