Unclear Whether restricted mode still removes the REPL tool is not stated.

What

--restricted is a flag (an option typed after claude on the command line) that starts restricted mode, which removes the built-in tools that run commands or code. Its help text used to list them as Bash, PowerShell, REPL and the other code-running tools. It now lists Bash, PowerShell and the other code-running tools, without naming REPL.

Why

This is a wording change to the help text.
