Unclear What claiming a session does is not known.

What

A remote session is one that runs on a machine in the cloud rather than on your own computer. These sessions now accept a control request, a message that tells the session to do something, named claim_session.

Two new usage-data events were also added. One concerns a cached signature check, and one is recorded when a comment classifier is unavailable and the work is handed off.

Why

This points to new handling of who owns, or has taken over, a remote session.
