What

When Claude Code is driven remotely (Remote Control, bridge or cloud worker sessions), it sends events back over a connection. A separate upload stream, uploadPaths, has been taken out of that path:

  • Flush: sending pending events (flush) no longer waits for uploadPaths.settled(), and withdrawQueuedControlRequest now only checks the event uploader.
  • Worker: the cloud worker no longer accepts an upload_stream offer from the server; only takeUpFlushPolicy remains, and the mergeWaitingLiveEvents helper is gone.
  • Bridge: the check that paused merging of stream events while uploadPaths was streaming is removed.
  • Debug output: in bridge mode, a control_request line is still written, and with debug on any message is written except ones a new filter matches.

Why

If you watch bridge or SDK debug output, some messages no longer appear. Event delivery in remote sessions no longer waits on the upload stream.
