When you sign in through the browser, Claude Code now checks the new sign-in against the organisation it is pinned to, meaning the one organisation it is set to accept. If the check refuses it, or the check fails, the sign-in is rolled back rather than kept.
Why
An account that does not belong to the pinned organisation is now turned away at sign-in.
