What
Claude Code now keeps more internal records:
- How long it waits for the organization's hooks (automatic commands set by an administrator) when starting.
- When the list of tools sent to the model is replaced.
- Extra details on messages, including file paths and handoffs of a turn between agents.
- Whether a session was launched with default settings.
- When background tasks are removed to make room for others.
Why
These records only add tracking; nothing changes in how you use Claude Code.
