What
MCP servers are outside programs that add tools to Claude Code, and some run tasks whose details Claude Code saves in a side file. The step that restores those saved details now gets the session ID and a snapshot of the conversation, not only the list of tasks. A matching save step is now set up when Claude Code starts.

This affects how MCP task details come back when an earlier session is picked up again.
