When something goes wrong, Claude Code decides whether the error is about the conversation itself or about the system running it. The same decision is made for errors from the advisor. That decision used to rest only on the error's message text. It now also uses a second check on the error, so some errors that were treated as conversation errors now count as host-level errors.
