What

When Claude Code handles a permission request, a repository trust value of "nothing_to_mark" is now treated the same as having no trust information at all. Before, only a missing value was skipped.

Claude Code also now includes a list of untrusted repositories in the telemetry (anonymous usage data sent back to Anthropic) it records about each permission decision.

Why

This is part of how Claude Code takes repository trust into account when it asks for permission.
