Plugins (add-on packages that extend Claude Code) can supply hooks, which are actions that run at set moments. Claude Code now keeps track of loading these hooks at startup and waits for it. Before, it started the load and carried on without waiting.
Why
This stops a timing problem where a plugin's hooks might not be registered when they were needed.
