Tool results that are too large now name the tool and suggest a fix

A tool is an action Claude can take, such as reading a file or running a search. When a tool's result is too large to send back, the message about it has been reworded. It now says which tool ran, in the form " ran, but its result is too large to send back." It also suggests what to do next:

• Ask for less of it. For a PDF, that means fewer pages at a time.
• Narrow the search.
• Check what the tool changed before running it again.
