What

Hooks are your own commands that Claude Code runs at set moments, such as before a tool runs. When a hook runs, Claude Code labels where it came from. The labels are now plugin, managed or repo. Managed hooks, typically ones set by an organization, used to be labelled repo.

Why

Managed hooks are no longer shown as if they came from the repository.
