Unclear Whether this is switched on and what it changes for a user is not stated.
What
In headless sessions (runs without the interactive screen), saving the conversation record before handing a turn over can now report that the storage service refused the events. Before each turn, files that failed to be staged are also reported.
Settings an operator controls, covering tool policy and which MCP servers they own, now feed into how MCP servers are applied. MCP servers are outside programs that give Claude extra tools.
Why
This touches how reliably remote sessions hand work over, and how operator rules for MCP servers are applied.
