When Claude Code downloads a file, the largest size it will accept and how long it will wait with no data arriving are now passed in by whichever part of Claude Code asks for the download. Before, both were fixed. A download that goes over the size limit is still stopped.
Why
Different parts of Claude Code can now set different limits for their downloads.
