Three small fields were added to data Claude Code already keeps:
A shared marker, which is optional, sits alongside existing ownership and read-mode information.
An ambient flag on task notifications, which are the messages Claude Code shows about tasks running in the background.
A resume transcript scan record in the diagnostic information Claude Code keeps when it reopens an earlier conversation.
Why
