What
When Claude Code runs a session remotely, it reports when the session is waiting for the user. That report now goes through a new tracker that follows the uploading of each turn's prompt, instead of being written directly.
Why
This changes how remote sessions report that they are waiting on the user. No visible change for the user is described.
