When agents talk to each other, Claude Code keeps a presence record for each other agent, called a peer. That record holds its status, when it was last heard from and since when it has been asleep. It now also includes the time the peer last said it was still there, when that is known.
Why
The record has one more piece of detail about whether another agent is still active.
