What

Policy limits are the restrictions your organization sets on Claude Code. When Claude Code cannot fetch them and has no saved copy, it decides whether to run without them. The conditions for that decision are the same as before, and so is the related check on held messages. Only internal names in this part of the code changed.

Why

Nothing about how Claude Code handles missing policy limits is different in this release.

Feature flag
tengu_rustling_orbit Off in both readings

The flag server returned off for the account this site reads and for the anonymous baseline. A reading of off cannot rule out a rollout these two readings sit outside of.

This account: off · anonymous baseline: off · compiled default in v2.1.296: off

These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.

tengu_dapper_platypus Not enough to say

Nothing here resolved what this flag was doing on this version, so nothing here should be read as on or off.

This account: no value returned · anonymous baseline: no value returned · compiled default in v2.1.296: off
