Sometimes a cloud session is created but your prompt then cannot be sent to it. The error for that case now begins "The cloud session was created, but". It used to begin "The service accepted the list of tools you asked for, but".
Why
The old wording was misleading. The new wording says what actually succeeded before the failure.
