What
A transcript is the saved record of a session's conversation. When a session is handed off while its transcript is still being copied, Claude Code now records when the copy is behind. Each wait during the handoff now has its own time limit, where before they shared one.
Why
With separate limits, a slow step no longer uses up the time allowed for the steps after it.
