When a file upload fails, the message now says the cause is unknown and may pass. It adds that if the same file fails again, it may be over an upload limit that applies to this session. Before, it said the problem was either a passing fault or the file being over the account's upload limit.
Why
The message is more careful about blaming your account's limit, and points to a limit for the session instead.
