When teleport packages your code and uploads it, Claude Code now records where your checkout (the working copy of the code) sits: the main checkout, beneath or outside the repository, or beneath or outside the git folder.
Why
These are diagnostic counts covering setups such as worktrees (extra working copies of one repository) and submodules (repositories nested inside another).
