What

When a session is resumed, Claude Code now also looks for tool calls (requests Claude made to run an action) on branches of the conversation that were cut away. In remote sessions, when a turn is cut off partway, it is now left for the next worker (the process that picks up the session) to finish. Claude Code also records when a refusal of a permission request was set aside to deliver later.

Why

Resuming a session, or handing it from one worker to another, should hold up better when a permission prompt was interrupted.
