What
When a remote session's connection fails or times out, Claude Code now checks whether that connection has already been replaced by a newer one. If it has, the error is ignored instead of being reported and ending the stream, as it always was before.
Why
This stops errors from an old connection triggering false error messages or reconnect loops in remote sessions.
