What
A handful of small changes:
- Auto mode's decision log is now skipped under one internal condition.
- File search with ripgrep, the search program Claude Code uses, now passes an option for searching other apps' data.
- Reading images now passes a size limit for WebP images that are read directly.
- Teleport has a new error,
folder_too_large, for when a folder is too big. - Usage data now records what included an item.
- Claude Code now counts how many times the model was switched in a session.
- When auto mode denies an action, the message now uses the agent tool's display name.
Why
Each of these has a minor effect. The clearest for most people are the new teleport error for oversized folders and the friendlier tool name in auto mode denial messages.
