What
Claude Code sends diagnostic data to Anthropic about a planning step it runs for your home folder. When that step ends up doing nothing, the report used to carry only the outcome and how long the step took. It now also includes:
the cause, when the home folder could not be checked
the number of settings files that had errors, when the rules could not be read
