What
When Claude Code cannot reach the API, it used to always say "Unable to connect to API. Check your internet connection". In a certain mode, it now says "Unable to connect to API", adds the error code in brackets when there is one, and leaves out the hint about your internet connection. Outside that mode the message is unchanged.
Why
In that mode the problem may not be your internet connection, so the hint is not shown.
